How does therapy work?

​

Weekly sessions are 45 minutes long. Both more frequent as well as longer sessions can be arranged upon your request. Take the next step in improving your life and call/email to schedule an appointment.

How do I pay for session:

 

I accept cash and checks and credit cards. I am out of network with insurance companies

 

Can you provide a superbill?

 

Yes. You get one emailed to you automatically once a month.

Do you do every other week therapy or once a month?

​

No. I see patients once or twice a week.

What is a psychological evaluation?

​

Psychological evaluations can be used to clarify diagnosis, assess personality functioning, screen for cognitive problems, or provide recommendations for treatment. Our evaluations use evidence-based techniques to provide answers to some of your most complex questions. Some of our most common referral questions include assessment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Learning Disorders.

 

​In addition to psychological assessments I can help provide letters for accommodations for school  and testing. This includes the SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT and MCAT, among others.

What is a forensic evaluation?

Forensic evaluations answer questions for the courts or attorneys in including 

o   Competency to stand trial

o   Competency to waive Miranda rights

o   Criminal Responsibility

o   Sentencing Mitigation

o   Personal Injury

o   Fitness for Duty

o   Violence Risk Assessment

Do you testify in court?

​

Yes. I do work as an expert witness. In the past, my work as been in personal injury lawsuits or custody evaluations.

Do you do public speaking, supervision, or consultation services?

​

Yes.
